Imagine you are a young, successful Silicon Valley techie with money to spend. 2009 and 2010 should be an exciting year for those car fanatics with lots of new cars from Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Ferrari, Porsche, Lexus and perhaps Bugatti. We looked around to see what to expect at the upcoming IAA 2009 in Frnakfurt, Germany, which will open its doors on September 17.
