Lindsay Lohan was just sentenced to 120 days in jail for violating her probation.
Judge Stephanie Sautner remanded the actress into custody.
She was booked and taken to county jail.
Lohan’s attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, appealed the decision, which allowed the actress to post bail and be released three hours later.
Lohan was also ordered to perform 480 hours of community service.
360 of those hours will be served at Downtown Women’s Center, and 120 hours will be served at the L.A. County morgue.
The decision comes after Lohan’s felony grand charge theft was reduced to a misdemeanor.
